We are not familiar that some of the other plugins have this feature.
FYI we have in plan to add a single cell shortcode for some of the future updates, and we will consider this when implementing this feature. Possible there might be a solution then, but for now we do not have the option to get the data from the cell in one of the tables and calculate it to some other table.

I have 3 tables wich have the same structure. Let's call it T1, T2, T3.
Is it possible that the cell A1 from T3 displays A1 from T1 + A1 from T2 ?
