Can
you please investigate your server log and see if there is some
errors.

I recently created a report for a table but every time I want to download it, the browser shows a blank page on URL /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php.
Since the website is internal for our employees only, I can't offer you access to this site.

Yes, we are currently trying to install or enable the ZipArchive function on our server.
But we honestly don't know what the hell we have to do to get it going.
You don't have a documentation or an advice for this issue by chance, do you?

ZipArchive is something that should be installed and enabled by default on your site.
My suggestion is to contact the hosting provider and ask them to do this for you.
We do not have documentation for this because this is something that is not on our side.
