In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

    I tried to upgrade from 2.03 to 2.3 and now it does not work anymore.

    I always receive the following message when I try to activate the plugin in.

    Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '.', expecting '&' or variable (T_VARIABLE) in /data/muziekacademie/wp-content/plugins/codecanyon-3958969-wpdatatables-tables-and-charts-manager-for-wordpress2/lib/markbaker/complex/classes/src/operations/add.php on line 18



    PS Is there maybe a lower version that works with your cascading filter add-on?

    Thank you for your purchase.

    Please update your php version to 5.6 or higher.(from version 2.3 minimum php version for wpdatatables is 5.6)
