Yes this suffix will be added on all values in column. If you change rule 

If CellValue = 0

CellContent=

then suffix will not be added. If you need to be "N/A" then that require some advanced css for make this to work like you need. 

Please note that standard item support (as defined by Envato's definition of support) does not include writing advanced CSS.Support with such requests can be provided on a paid basis.

I receive feedback form my team and actually you can do that without huge customization.

 What you can do is to remove Cell content prefix from column settings and then in conditional formatting set rule like this (attachment)

And then in Custom css on tab CUSTOM JS AND CSS in plugin settings add class like this.(attachment)

Like this all numbers will have $ sign except cells that contain N/A

Yes you can insert html tags in columns that have string type, but you can achieve this with option Limit table width and Word wrap. You can read more about this in our documentation on this link.

About the future questions:

When you have questions or issues which are not related to the title of the active ticket can you please open a new one and we will help you there.
