We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Dear Sir or Madame,
my name is Jan Vasco Bringmann and I'm from Germany. While working together with some other students from our local university we are still trying to fix some issues with wpDataTables.
Our scenario is the following one:
Via Formidable forms users fill in their data (project-name, price and the user-ID via Ultimate Member is automatically added). We want to generate a table for the privat user tab, where all data sets with the logged in persons user-ID are shown. This means that we have a bundled table in wpDataTables but show only a restricted personal part to each user based on their ID.
The current User ID is given by the variable, but can only be used in the Ultimate Member environment (info from their documentation):
https://docs.ultimatemember.com/article/34-get-the-current-user-profile-id
Thanks for your interest and hopefully we'll get a solution soon.
Jan Bringmann
Hi Jan Bringmann,
Thank you for your purchase.
Unfortunately Formidable forms integration with wpdatatables will just display the data from the table.
For now we implemented server side and editing features ( as well as Limiting users to see and edit their own data) for Gravity forms integration Add-on.
Making Formidable tables server side and editable is something that is on our TODO list and I hope that it will be included in the future updates of the Add-on.
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović
