I found another ticket that outlined the same issue. You asked them if they changed the name of a column in the google sheet. I actually did change the name of a column. When I changed it back to its original name, everything started working again.

Yes at the moment is it not recommended to change column headers or adding new columns in google spreadsheet, because it will break the existing table. If you need to that then my suggestion is to make new wpdatatable after you add that new columns or change column headers.
