We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
In order to enhance management through plugin booking , please let me know how to add print invoice/ bill option to customer and service provider and how to identify customer with a unique ID such as bar code or Qr Code or rendom numbers and how recurring customer access details at my website.
Hi Amer,
Thank you for your inquiry.
"In order to enhance management through plugin booking , please let me know how to add print invoice/ bill option to customer and service provider"
Unfortunately something like this isn't possible at the moment. It would be great if you could suggest this feature or vote for the existing ones on our list here https://wpamelia.cnflx.io/public. Currently we are working on a WooCommerce integration so you should be able to add bills, but this is still in our testing phase.
"how to identify customer with a unique ID such as bar code or Qr Code or rendom numbers"
Every customer that schedules an appointment is made on the back-end as separate entity - every customer has profile with their name, last name, email etc. so they are unique and you can see them on the list.
"how recurring customer access details at my website"
You can set every customer as a WordPress user on the back-end and give them the possibility to log in on the back panel. When they are log in they can see their appointments on the appointments list and in the calendar and also cancel their appointment if they need.
