In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

    Just purchased this after asking questions. I was reassured I could add an Excel table which included links so PDF files could be accessed. 

    This isn't working and isn't clear how it could work, plus when I go to build a new table manually, it doesn't work. It tells me to add a source?!?

    Really disappointed as I have just paid $50 for this and nothing I want to do is working.

    Sorry for late response. 

    We are located in Serbia and our working time is from 10:00 to 17:00 CET. business days.

    Can you please send me that Excel file so I can take a look?

    Did you use Lite version before the premium version? Issue when you try to create manual table and you get to choose data source, it is related with using Lite version of plugin before and not clearing browser and server cache.

    Can you please try to cleat browser and server cache and check is it working?
