We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi,
Why there is no option to choose the location when doing booking?
If I choose: Type of Service
after that there is only the option to choose the Listing/Person.
How should I know in which city/location that person is?
Since you have the Locations in backend, why that is not part of the booking?
Also, there should be Parent/Child for the location, like City/Area/Location.
How to add the location to the frontend?
Thanks
Milenko
Hi Mike,
Thank you for your purchase.
Currently it is possible to use the Location on the front-end through our Search shortcode. The “Front-end Booking Search” you can use when you want to give your customers the possibility to search for appointment by selecting several filters.
At the "Step-by-Step Booking Wizard" it is not possible to add the Location filter at the moment, but we will probably add it for some of the next versions. As for the Parent/Child for the location, it would be great if you could suggest this feature on our features list. We plan to follow our users' needs and to implement the most requested features first.
