I'm having trouble getting my table to add new information and adding links within my link column.
To elaborate:
1. When I click on add new, I can input all data fields but when click on "Ok" or "Apply and Add New", nothing shows up in the table.
2. Even with valid links, like www.google.com or www.eva-gutierrez.com, the table cannot be saved because of the error message: Error! Please provide a valid URL link for field Link"

I've narrowed the issue down, finding that all of the data disappears except for one column as soon as I enable "Limit editing to own data only". The User ID column is set as an integer, as the information box on the table explains. I believe there must be another setting somewhere that I am missing. The goal is to have each user be able to see and edit only their own data correlating to their Wordpress generated user ID.
Do you know what setting I have enabled/haven't enabled that is causing this issue?

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. Also point me to the table ID so I can take a look and give you my suggestion.
First thing I noticed is that you are using 2.2.2 version of our plugin which have some minor issues, so can you please update the plugin to the 2.2.3 version and tell me do you still have the problem so I can investigate.

IMPORTANT: Do NOT delete the old version from WP-admin (by clicking “Delete” in the plugins page). If you do, you will lose all your tables!

Unfortunately you can not control the wdt_id column.
wdt_Id column is automatically created when you create some editable table because it needs to have some column that will be used when the row is added, deleted or edited.
My suggestion is to make some other column that will be used as identifier for the users_id.
I've decided against using WPDataTables plugin for my website. I'm disappointed in the response time and answers of the team and would be too nervous to have users paying for a service that can't fix a minor issue in 7 days.
Due to the digital 'non-returnable' nature of goods we only do refunds when the tool is malfunctioning or not working as described, with prior confirmation that support is unable to resolve the issue. As the revoked license does not make the product non-functional, and because there were lots of abuses, unfortunately we cannot provide the 'return-on-request' refund policy. As for your case, this was not issue with the plugin. The issue was in the table configuration. You must have some column that will be unique for each user. On your table you set the wdt_ID column to be as an user ID column. The wdt_ID column will increase on each entry for the table so it will go from number 1 to how many rows are in the table.
So if you choose that the users will get 1,2,3 etc and because of that this will not work. The user ID column will be used as User identifiers. References the ID from WordPress Users table (wp_users), MUST be defined as an integer on MySQL side.
If the table is manually created you can add one more column and specify the numbers for each user.
About the response time. Our working hours are from 10:00 to 17:00 not including weekends and response time is 5 business days.
My concern is that it has been eight days since I opened my initial ticket and the issue is not resolved. Users will be paying for access to the website, so in the future if I am to have a problem, I am worried that it will take over a week to resolve and users will be unable to use a platform they are paying to use.
What time zone are you in so I am able to figure out my expected resolution time?
What is your escalation process?
I have been troubleshooting the plugin. I am able to create the User ID column and to have the front end only show the data inputted by that user when the User ID is manually entered. How do I automate this process so the user doesn't have to manually input their ID and the table is automatically synched to the WP_Users table?
I've watched the below video, but when I create the same column, the user is unable to see any data they input from the front end. This is due to the table not inputting User_ID data into the User_ID column when data is inputted from the front end from a logged in user.
Is it easiest for you to go to the backend and create the User ID column for me? If not, please provide instructions.
In table ID 6 i added some records ( attachment 1) probably you will see some other results ( because your user ID is not 4) This table will also be different for all other users depends on their ID.
Also I created table ID 7. This table will be used for admin user to see all of the data that is in the table ( attachment 2)
Please take a look at the setup of the table m especially the editing tab ( in table ID 6) to see how you can setup the users can see and edit their own data.
You can also choose to hide the column user_id in the column settings for table ID 6.
When you posting on tickets that are not yours or have questions or issues which are not related to the title of the active ticket can you please open a new one and we will help you there. In that way, issues and questions which are related to different subjects will be in different tickets so other customers can find it easily. Our policy is to have one issue or question per ticket because of the reasons that is describe already.

6.) Deactivate wpDataTables, and then activate it again.
