In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

    Hello 

    We are new using your great PlugI wpDataTables.

    We have some questions since we could not found the answers in the docs.

    1. How can we have a Link from the Table List that will open a PopUp Windows that will show further informations about the selected row?

    2. How can we open a new Windows if we have a Url in the Format www.domain.com. We do not want to introduce http:// or https:// in the table field itself.

    Unfortunately something like this is not possible to achieve with the plugin built in features at the moment but we have a task to implement this feature ( called Master detail ) in our TODO list so I hope it will be available in our next updates.

    You can take a look at our documentation about URL link columns where you can see how you can set the URL link to open in a new tab or in the same tab.

    Hi Philipp,

    we have the same issue: we'd like to move a custom database (with many db columns) to wordpress with a table plugin and interested in purchasing wpDataTables.

    What is the time frame to develop the Master Detail feature?

    In our scenario each row has like 30-50 fields/columns (impractical to display on a row), we would display various views (tables views) of the same content (depending on the style of navigation) and when selecting a row it would bring you to a detail page of the entry with all the information. The fields/columns of the row would need to be displayed in a customizable order, and perhaps on 2,3 columns and eventually grouped.
