This product is not configured for production. Google API client is not being copied or loaded, I get a warning that this is a development version not Production. And when activating I get this message "The plugin generated 33962 characters of unexpected output during activation. If you notice “headers already sent” messages, problems with syndication feeds or other issues, try deactivating or removing this plugin."

And to make things worse, Support is terrible.

    Hi Samz,
    Thank you for the purchase.

Our working hours are from 10:00 - 16:00 (GMT+2) and do not usually work on weekends. I am sorry that you think that support is terrible but we will try to help you out and hopefully you will change your mind.

Plugin is 100% ready for production. Before release we have test it a lot of times and install it on a lot of sites. Probably this is happening because of php.ini configuration or something else.

Can you please send us your FTP and WordPress credentials so we can try to fix the issues. If you are working on a localhost, we can schedule TeamViewer meeting so we can fix the issue?

    Hi  Samz,

"There is nothing more valuable to anyone than time. I understand not working on a weekend. But please state that information on a user is submitting a ticket, so we can arrange our own commitments accordingly."

    - It is clearly stated on the main page of the support platform. Please take a look at the attachment picture. (Selection_025.png)

"This issue showed up on my localhost and cloud environment."

    - Can you also please send me username, password and the link of your WordPress website on the cloud so I can investigate the issue?

    Hi Samz,

Sorry for that. We will change the link, so it will lead to home page.

Is this your dev environment? Can you temporary disable all other plugins and change the theme to see if there is a conflict with some of them?

    Hi Samz,

It seems that there is a conflict with LearnPress plugin. When it is deactivated, Amelia is working as it should. As I see they are loading all their scripts on all WordPress pages in back-end and they shouldn't do that. They should load their scripts only on their pages as we are doing.

I will disable Learnpress for now and see, And I also apologize for any stress I caused. I was being stressed myself by the client.

    Hi Samz,

No problem. If you have any more issues don't hesitate to ask.
