I successfully created a docx-template and creation of a report works smoothly including downloading it. For my purposes, however, it would be nice if the report can be stored in a user-defined path and format (as docx or as pdf out of that docx), e. g. to place it in private user download space. We are talking medical data here, i. e. individual medical reports.
Is that feasible? If not, can you consider that feature as 'to do' for a future version?
Very interesting suggestion. At this moment we do not have saving reports as PDF but we definitely plan to implement it and it is high on our priority list.
For private user download space please explain me in little more details what would use case look like. Do you need to have like folder where user reports will be saved and accessible to that users only, or you need to allow your users to define where they want to store the reports like popular cloud storage

This is something that couldn't not be done with a simple fix and requires developing that functionality from scratch. I will add it to our suggestion list and we will discus it for developing it for future version of the plugin.

Our customization service price is 50$/hour and we will determinate the final price based on the number of hours necessary for customization to be done. For smaller customizations we usually charge whole price up front and for bigger one we charge 50% of the price up front and the rest after customization is done
