Sorry for that.
If you want to apply the custom CSS for ALL of your tables, you can go in wpdatatables settings page and in tab Custom CSS and JS enter the code in Custom CSS field. ( attachment)
If you want to apply the code only for some table particular then you can paste the code directly on the page, just use <style></style> tags.
