I am experiencing an issue that when I go to configure an existing table or chart, the screen goes blank or prompts me to create a new table/chart (screenshot). The page that held the table/chart also goes blank and removes all the other content along with it.
I can create new charts/tables and they seem to work for a time, but after an extended period, they all produce this blank problem.
I receive no actual error messages, have tried in multiple browsers, have disabled plugins, etc.
The public facing page is linked in this ticket and the blank screenshot is attached.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Can you please tell me did you made some changes in the Google Spreadsheet file like changing the name of the column, add some new columns or delete, reorder some of the columns.
