Not at the moment, but you can suggest a new feature, or vote for the existing one on https://wpamelia.cnflx.io/public. In this moment we plan to implement WooCommerce integration and 2-way Google Synchronisation, and after that we are going to follow customers needs.

I am not sure if I understand you correctly, but we have possibility to add group appointments, you can add larger maximum capacity for the service and also set it for each employee.
