    Dear Amelia-Team,

we recently bought the Amelia Plugin but are not able to get it working in our development environment.

Plugin installation only works via manual install in /plugins folder, but we are able to activate the plugin.

When working with any Amelia settings all backend views are loaded but no changes to any settings are possible.

Error message in Backend is :"Request failed with status code 500"

Please have a look at attached screenshots for error messages in Console and PHP error log.

    Development environment:

    macOS High Sierra 10.13.4

    PHP 7.2.1

    MySQL 5.6.38

    Hi Larisa,
    Thank you for the purchase.

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE so nobody can see it except us.

    Hi Milos,

thanks for the fast reply. The problem occurs on a local development environment, so I cannot provide you with any login .

    Hi Larisa,

Can you tell me which version of the plugin are you using? Also, can you please send us SQL dump file?

    Hi Larisa,

Can you please give us Http Response for some pages  (you can print screen output from tab  'Network->Response') And if text is too long, copy/paste it here.

I also attached the Apache error log entries concerning Amelia

    </head><body>
    <h1>Internal Server Error</h1>
<p>The server encountered an internal error or
misconfiguration and was unable to complete
    your request.</p>
    <p>Please contact the server administrator,
[email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred,
and anything you might have done that may have
    caused the error.</p>
<p>More information about this error may be available
    in the server error log.</p>
    </body></html>

    Hi Larisa,

Can we schedule a meeting through TeamViewer? We are available from 09:00 - 17:00 (GMT+2) every day except weekends. You need to send us ID and the Password of TeamViewer and specify the time when you will be available. After that we will log in to your computer to inspect the issue.

    Hi Zeljko,

thank you very much for the File - it did indeed fix all the Problems.
Sorry for the late response but I have a lot of other things to do right now.

Let me know, if there are things left you need to know.
