We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi, i can create the table but I can not edit it it appears the error: DataTables warning: table id = table_1 - Ajax error. For more information about this error, please see http://datatables.net/tn/7
and if I try to create a table manually the error appears
There was an error while trying to save the table! Internal Server Error
HI rolldigo,
Thank you for your purchase.
The 500 Internal Server Error is a server-side error, meaning the problem probably isn't with your computer, Internet connection or plug ins but instead is a problem with the web site's server.
Can you please investigate your server log and see if there is some errors.
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović

Hi,
On my site I only want the last value I put in the table
For example the 60 is the last value I put in the database and I would like
to know if I can get a code with just that number?
HI rolldigo,
Are you using that table just to display the values in front end or there is editing option for that table from front end.
If you are just displaying the table my suggestion is to set 1 as an display length ( attachment ) and then if you have column for example date ( or some other column that defines the last entry ) use that column as a default sorting column ( ascending or descending )
In that case one row will be shown and the sorting will be done from the last entry that is added or edited in the table.
Best regards.

I want to show only the the number like its in the image
In the image i using the MAX calculate max Value that i got in the column settings
Is there any way to get only the this last number
If i creat a serialized PHP array i can make a SQL code to get only the result that i want ?
HI rolldigo,
As I understand you want to show the number from the Max function that is set in the column settings?
If you need to pull that value you can check this option to get the shortcode for the max or min function ( attachment 1).
Before that you must check Parse shortocodes option from the wpdatatables settings page ( attachment 2)
Correct me if I am wrong
Best regards.
