We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi, I was doing some testing and my table id was all over the place, I like stuff in order not 1 4 6 9 example, but anyways I thought deleting the plugin and re-adding it would reset everything so that's what I did.
It did reset it all, however every time I click apply to make changes to my tables, I get an
"Error
There was an error while trying to save the table! Internal Server Error"
also my main table is blank when I tried to make that view the other table, is there anything that can be done?
Hi SpikerzZ.
Thank you for your purchase.
When you delete plugin throw wordpress plugins all tables will be deleted. Dis you delete plugin like this?
If this is true and you install plugin again and try to make new table and you get this errors, please explain me which data source you use for making this table?
Kind Regards,
Isidora Markovic

Hi, I did figure it out
I had to delete the table because it was a float that I changed to a string, it was still reading it as a float turned into a string even after I deleted / reinstalled the plugin
Hi SpikerzZ,
Sorry for late response.
We are located in Serbia and our working time is from 10:00 to 17:00 CET. business days.
We are not sure why column type is not change properly when you change it.
Are you still have issues with tables after deleting?
Kind Regards,
Isidora Markovic
