    I bought the full version of data tables. When I go to create a new table, no matter which option I click it only gives me this (see attached file). I checked the test website and there should be way more options. That is all that comes up no matter which of these options I select. I downloaded the plugin straight from the envato download link.

    Create a table by importing data from data source.

    Generate a query to WordPress database.

    Generate a query to MySQL database.

    Thank you for your purchase.

    Can you please try to deactivate/activate plugin and also try to clear server and browser cache?

    Which version of plugin is shown in Plugins directory? Did you use Lite version before?

    I tried clearing cache and server cache and I completely removed and reinstalled the plugin. I did have the lite version before, but I uninstalled it and installed the full version. One weird thing is after installing the new version the details for the plugin still say lite edition but everything else appears to be fine updated.

    PHP Version 5.6.30
    MySQL Version 5.6.37
    Zip extension Installed
    Curl extension 7.22.0

    Version 2.2.2 | By TMS-Plugins | View details

    When I click view details the version says this.... So the installed plugin is the full edition but the details describe a different version and none of the options work.

    Hi ttinkham,

    Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.

    Hi usama,

    We already answer you on your ticket so we will continue there.  Please avoid answering on tickets that are not your because customer that open tickets will receive notification or every post that is published and issues can be related with different cause.
