We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi Team,
I am looking for a functionality where a User can select all Where Parameters from Front end and on Button Click, an Excel extract is available directly fetched from DB. This is like loading table on some where values from user. Table should not be completely loaded on page load beforehand.
Hi Aditya,
Thank you for your purchase.
Sorry but I did not quite understand what are you trying to achieve. Can you please explain me in little more details and send me some example/screenshot so I can give you my suggestion.
Kind Regards,
Isidora Markovic

Hi Milan,
A Page which displays User Input fields. Eg. Product Name, Date Range etc and based on those parameters we need to fetch data from the DB tables and display it in tables. This data should not be loaded from the master table at the start as the WP Data Tables plugin usually do.
HI Aditya,
Sorry for late response.
We are located in Serbia and our working time is from 10:00 to 17:00 CET. business days.
Correct we if I am wrong, but you need functionality that table is not shown on page at start just filters, and when users insert values in filters then it will be rendered table on page based on that values? If this is true my suggestion is to look up about our add on Powerful filters on this link with which you can achieve something like this.
Kind Regards,
Isidora Markovic

Hi Milan, The Hide table option until the filters are provided is a good feature. Can the custom filter form and search button be customized ? Also can you help with the Add-on feature costing and the link for buying it if we go for it.
Hi Aditya,
Yes we don't have built in option for this, but you can customize look of the filters and search button with custom css in Custom wpDataTables CSS under the "Custom JS AND CSS" in main settings of wpdatatables.
Like this css will be affected on all tables, but if you want just for specific one then insert this code on page where is that table between the style tag.(<style>Code here</style>)
You can buy this add on on this link.
Kind Regards,
Isidora Markovic
