Can you please tell me which version of plugin you are using? Also which query you use for making this table? Can you please open Inspect element->Console and try to reproduce the issue and then take a screenshot so we can see it if there are some errors.
[05-Jul-2018 13:47:30 UTC] PHP Notice: Undefined variable: colObjs in Z:\home\wordpress.local\www\wp-content\plugins\wpdatatables\source\class.wpdatatable.php on line 1681
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
When I try to create \ display a MySQL table, an error occurs:
DataTables warning: table id=table_7 – Invalid JSON response. For more information about this error, please see http://datatables.net/tn/1

Hi
I do not have the opportunity to grant access to the development machine.
So I acted radically:
I updated PHP(5.6.19->7.0.10) and MySQL(5.5.25->5.7.15) and now everything works correctly.
