When I choose the option to pull the google sheets table, when its imported
the layout changes, and the columns arrange themselves in alphabetal order, and the style of the table changes

Sorry but I did not quite understand what your issue is.
Can you please describe me more or send me some example/screenshot or link to that spreadsheet so I can take a look and give you my suggestion.
