    Hello,

I use Divi for my theme, and when i add a text section i can't find in the editor the  button to add the booking process. D

o you have a shortcode instead?

or a way to access the wizard ?

    Hi Silvia,
    Thank you for the purchase.

Does DIVI theme use it's own text editor on the "Pages" and "Posts" or it is default WordPress editor?

Yes we do have shortcodes if you can't find editor button, you can use:

    • For Booking search view[ameliasearch]
    • For Services Catalog view, you can use shortcode [ameliacatalog] if you want to show all categories, [ameliacatalog category=1] if you want to show just services from category with ID 1 and [ameliacatalog service=1] if you want to show just service with ID 1.
    • For Step-by-step Booking Wizard view, you can use [ameliabooking]

For the Service Catalog view, it is not possible to view ID's of the service or category from the plugin itself, than from the modal that is opened when you click on the editor button. Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE so nobody can see it except us.

About conflict with the YOAST plugin, we will send the update on CodeCanyon, and it will be available within a hour. Do you want to wait and download it there, or we can send you the .zip file of the plugin with the fix directly?

    Hi Silvia,

I can't login to your website with these credentials. Can you please check them? Please take a look at the attachment to see what message I get when I try to login with these credentials.

    Hi Silvia,

Maybe you have to switch from the Divi, to normal visual editor. I went to Pages » Toutes les pages » Ajouter and from there I saw this editor. Can you please check?

    No it doesn't work..

i can't see the same editor, but anyway, i would like to use teh divi editor as i create the page with this builder.

So could you also give me the short codes to display the list of the bookings for the clients, and the administation for the professional to accept the booking pending or cancel them

    Thanks a lot

    Hi Silvia,

Unfortunately in the Divi editor Amelia edit button is not added. We will add buttons in most popular page builder probably in one of the future updates.

I have sent you the list of all shortcodes in previous reply. These are the one that you can add so your customers can book the appointment from the front-end:

    • For Booking search view - [ameliasearch]
    • For Services Catalog view, you can use shortcode [ameliacatalog] if you want to show all categories, [ameliacatalog category=1] if you want to show just services from category with ID 1 and [ameliacatalog service=1] if you want to show just service with ID 1.
    • For Step-by-step Booking Wizard view, you can use [ameliabooking]

If you have more questions don't hesitate to ask.

    Hello

yes i saw the preview shortcode, but what i mean is a way for people who booked a session, to be able to  see in their account the booking, and maybe can there cancel it if they have an issue to honor the appointment.

How can i display in the front-end this information?

  • [deleted] replied

    Hi Silvia,

Right now there are two possibilities for your clients to cancel the appointment:

    1. You can give them the Amelia Customer user role in WordPress so they can log in, see their appointments list, and Cancel option beside of each appointment. More about this you can read here.

    2. You can configure email notifications and place cancel URL in it, so your clients will receive an email with a link, and once they click on it, the appointment will be canceled. To configure email notifications follow this link. Once you set it, go to the Notifications page and set the message with a cancel URL (see the picture and the explanation at the bottom of this page).

Currently, both options are available only for customers with Amelia Customer role, but after today's release canceling through email will be available for all customers, without the need to log in.

    Thanks,

Is there a chance in the near future that you develop a front-end screen that could be added on a page for people to manage their bookings, whitout havving to see our wordpress administration or to find the confirmation email with the cancellation link inside it?

    Hi Silvia,

That is a really interesting idea. Could you please post your suggestion here https://wpamelia.cnflx.io/public, so we can track how many people would also like to see this feature. Our first definite plans are to integrate WooCommerce and Google Calendar sync. After that, we plan to follow the user needs and feedback carefully.

    Thank you.
