You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

Hi - I'm stuck in an endless loop. I verified my purchase with enovato, but I need to do it again and again before submitting a ticket and never get there. The Production drop down read [verified] - Wpdatatables. Help!

This ticketing system is third party and we do not have control over it. Sorry for any inconvenience that you have with it. Could you please leave a purchase code in private replay here so we could send it to them to solve the issue?
Yes there is. You need to use Highchart engine for that. We recently developed that functionality so it's not included in documentation but it will be soon.
