On the Settings -> Separate MySQL Connection - the page is blank. There are no options to input any SQL connection information.(I have the plugin on another test server and can enter SQL details and connect to a separate SQL Server.)I've tried uninstalling / reinstalling the plug-in. Are there any temp or cache files I could try deleting? I am having problems with the plugin configuration settings.
On the Settings -> Separate MySQL Connection - the page is blank. There are no options to input any SQL connection information.
