We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

and my code is:
<script type="text/javascript">
jQuery(window).load(function(){
if( typeof wpDataChartsCallbacks == 'undefined' ){ wpDataChartsCallbacks = {}; }
wpDataChartsCallbacks[8] = function(obj){
obj.options.chart.backgroundColor = '#ffffff';
obj.options.lang = {
numericSymbols: 'null'
}
obj.options.labels = {
formatter: function () {
return this.value;
}
}
}
});
</script>
please help me it's very urgent.

Pascal
Hi Pascal,
Thank you for your purchase.
wpDataChart callback are made for developers which need some custom solution of charts that is not in built in features of plugin. This is not included in standard support but I will gave you a directions.
‘wpDataCharts’ is global JavaScript object and If you check this variable in the JS developer console you will see the wpDataCharts as properties of this object where you can see object structure of every part of the chart.
lang property is out of the scope of the chart object so you need to set them in different way. If you access to global object in console you will see that object tree, and labels is more deeper in structure. If you want to change labels on yAxis you can set format of the labels for yAxis. You can find example on this link.
Kind Regards,
Isidora Markovic
