We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
The select box does not work when using Beaver Builder. When I switch to default WP twenty seventeen theme it works fine.
I have tested this in the live version of the site and a clean install of WP. The only plugins activated are beaver builder and wpdatatables and the filter add-on. The link above is for the dev site with a clean install.
To further verify this, it works fine in the admin side - even though I have a very large dataset.
Additionally, the other filters are no longer showing as well. You can see the title but there is no input fields available.
And, after I updated to the latest version of wpdatatables I am having issues in the backend. When I try to edit an existing table I get the error and instead of showing the edit screen it goes to the page where you select the data input source type.
error: ajax_object is not defined wdt.columnFilter.js
I am running the latest version of both plugins.
HI George,
Thank you for your purchase.
Sorry for late response.
We are located in Serbia and our working time is from 10:00 to 17:00 CET. business days.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Kind Regards,
Isidora Markovic

Aloha George,
Yes we reproduce this issue when you have a lot of data in table.I t is working when you use two columns for foreign keys, but when you add third and if calculate total is turn on, behavior of the table is strange and total is not proper calculated. I will forward this my team to investigate. Until that please use foreign key on two columns.
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
Isidora Markovic

Hi Milan ,
Could you please give me an update regarding this issue as I'm using Beaver Builder and I want to make sure that the plugin works with beaver builder
Hi gta-homes,
When you posting on tickets that are not yours or have questions or issues which are not related to the title of the active ticket can you please open a new one and we will help you there. In that way, issues and questions which are related to different subjects will be in different tickets so other customers can find it easily. Our policy is to have one issue or question per ticket because of the reasons that is describe already.
Thank you for understanding.
Kind Regards,
Isidora Markovic
