    Hi;

    With the single value selectbox, i created a "genre" column which shows me who is my customers (a person or a corporate). On the front-end side i want to create a form which needs to change for my pick. For example, if user picks the "real person" option from single value selectbox area, then there must be a "name","surname","id" area. But if user picks "corporate" option, there is no need for "name" and "surname". So here is the thing;

    Can i create a front-end form which will change for condition?

    If user picks "real person" there will be "name","surname","id"

    If user picks "corporate" there will be no "name",and "surname"

    Thank you

    HI ozgurbuyukbalkan,
    Thank you for your purchase.

    Sorry to disappoint you but unfortunately something like this is not possible with the plugin build in features at the moment and it require some code customization of the plugin. We can offer you our paid customization service where you can hire one of our developers to implement this feature for you. If you are interested let us know so we can send you quote for this service.

    This can be done with writing as script that will be applied to this table and the labels will be disabled depends on the first select box filter selection.

    Best regards.

    Kind Regards,
