We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

I would like to add some text formatting icons/features to the TinyMCE control that wpdatatables uses when you edit an HTML field.

For example, I would like to activate the TinyMCE bullet format/lists icon (like the one in the form I am using to write this support message) so that I can type the following kind of text while editing an HTML field in wpdatatables:

    1. Topic1
    2. Topic 2

How/where can I change the configuration of the TinyMCE control used by wpdatatables?

    Hi jjanicik,
    Thank you for your purchase.

Please note that customization questions like this one are not covered in the included support for the plugin. Included support covers help with bugs and general inquiries for the plugin features,. As you're developing some custom solution if you need our assistance we can offer you our paid customization service.

What you can do is to point you to find tinymce.init in our plugin and you will see how is implemented. There is a lot of places where this is used but you can find some in file

    wp-content/plugins/wpdatatables/assets/js/wpdatatables/wpdatatables.js

    Kind Regards,
