We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
I am capturing data on a WP installation using Eforms by WPQuark. The form allows uploaded image files and everything is written direct to an SQL database. The captured images are stored with the other images in WP media.
I can produce a table using WPDataTables from the SQL database and everything is fine apart form the image field which just shows a broken image link. If I change the field type to a URL field I can see that it returns the image file name AND the URL. When I look at the SQL database itself I can see that both the name and the URL are stored in the field in question.
I appreciate this may be a problem with the way the Eform is storing data in the SQL field - but I was wondering if this is an issue you had come across before (preferably with a pointer to a solution).
Many thanks
Mike
Hi MIke,
Thank you for your purchase.
We did not encounter the users that are using Eform. For now we have integration add-ons with Gravity and Formidable forms.
I assume that the issue is how the Eform is saving the images in the database and because of that our plugin can not read it.
I will forward this to my team and maybe we can find some proper solution for the next updates.
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović
