If you have issues with posting tickets please contact Ticksy support desk because we are using it for our support.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Can you please tell me do you have this issue with new tables or with tables that are already made?
Hello
I want to upgrade to version 2.2.1 from Version 2.1 version
I have followed all the steps indicated in the manual and I reply a few lines below and there is no way it works.
I have the latest version of Wordpress installed.
I am desperate because whenever I want to update this plugin it is a kind of error.
Thank you
Maxglo

IMPORTANT: Do NOT delete the old version from WP-admin (by clicking “Delete” in the plugins page). If you do, you will lose all your tables!
When downloading the new plugin version from CodeCanyon, please follow these steps to update from the existing version:
1. Go to your FTP and open WordPress plugins folder
2. Delete the old wpDataTables version folder
3. Upload the new version of wpDataTables
4. Go to WP-admin panel, and open the Plugins section
5. Deactivate wpDataTables, and then activate it again
i can edit the table, click on save, itsays that it saved it. yet the data has not changed in the database. as in the attached, I changed gender to F and saved, yet the display is still M
When you have questions or issues which are not related to the title of the active ticket or if that ticket is not yours can you please open a NEW ONE and we will help you there. In that way, issues and questions which are related to different subjects will be in different tickets so other customers can find it easily. Our policy is to have one issue or question per ticket because of the reasons that is describe already.
We use your table in our local environment and we can't reproduce issue that you describe. Then we made table Support from query that you use in your table and we can see that is working fine. You can check that on website.
I sent in this ticket 4 days ago, now it's not even listed. how do I get this fixed...I cannot edit and save any table
