I got big issues after updating the plugin (v2.2.1) today.
So I decided to delete and completely re-install WPDataTables and create brand new tables (of course).
However, there are still problems in front-end.
1- Button for display all rows doesn't work
2- Editing cell (data type string / Single Value Select Box) is impossible (values don't even appear, I got the Success message on top) though it's OK in back-end as you can see in attached print screen.
I can see below that you solved the issue, good job.
Yes the issue can be if there are more then one bootstrap.js files. Looking at your screenshot I can see that you disabled our bootstrap.js files so now you are using the theme bootstrap.

I unchecked on setting page this and then it works again. Maybe the theme update installed something that produces conflicts.
