In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

Please open a ticket in wpDataTables section of this support and one of our agent would do their best to help you with it.
It will not allow me to create that kind of ticket as it says I don't have support. Please give me a number to call or link to pay so we can have support.

I have purchased the extension for one year. I have gone back into the page, signed in and it still will not allow me to create a ticket to then ask for help. Please advise.

This ticketing system is commercial third-party solution that we are using and we don't have any control over it. Please try from another browser to see does that helps and in the mean time we will contact them to report the issue
