You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

Hi, I am trying to submit a ticket and now I get this error on their page “ Sorry, support for this Envato Market purchase code has expired. You will need to extend support or purchase a new license. “

Yes by Envato Support Policy a supported item includes item support for 6 months from the purchase date. As you brought the plugin on February 2, 2017, your support has expired on August 4, 2017 and you'll have to extend it to be able to open a ticket.
What version of the plugin are you using? When you've update the plugin last time?
Can you please send a link to extend the support so we can take the next step to get this fixed.

You can extend it on CodeCanyon at this link, you just have to be logged in as user who brought the plugin.
