We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

I created the table of mugshots in HTML, trying to make it responsive. It's . . . OK (ish) . . . but the images randomly size differently. Wordpress doesn’t respond to my instructions to vertically align text or to put in a line break or to display captions.

And on the WP edit page, I can paste the table code in under the Text tab, but if I try to look at it under the visual tab, it just shows the table code, not the table. Very frustrating.

Frustrating enough to pay nearly $50 for a plugin to fix the problem. But not to pay for a plugin that doesn’t fix the problem.

    The page is at https://ncwba.org/programs/womens-bar-leadership-summit/2018-summit/

I've attached a screen shot of the table code under the Visual tab and a text file of the HTML code of the table. My code may not be the best, but I'm hamstrung in my efforts to fix it, since I can't look at the code in visual mode.

I just want to know if the plugin will be responsive and allow me to view the table in visual mode.

    Thanks.

    Hi Jan Bear,
    Thank you for the inquiry.

"I just want to know if the plugin will be responsive and allow me to view the table in visual mode."

    - wpDataTable can be are responsive and you have option to enable/disable responsiveness, but you can't view the table in the visual mode of the editor. You will just see the shortcode of the table. When you go to the page then you will see the table.

You can try our sandbox site: Front-end & Back-end - you can find a fully functional version there to try out all plugin features.
