We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
In the same server of my wordpress, I have an external MySql Database, with a lot of information....
1) Does wpDataTables can import or use all of that information to make a chart ???
2) do you have Geo Charts ????
3) Do you have any conecction with MapSVG plugin ???
Thanks, my best regards
Hi Jorge,
Thank you for the inquiry.
1. You can create charts with wpDataTables, but to create chart you have to create first wpDataTable. You can connect to external MySQL Database with wpDataTables to create a table. At the current version you can connect just to one external database, but from the next major update we will implement feature to be able to connect to different databases per table. To see how to create wpDataCharts please take a look at WordPress charts: How to create them with a simple wizard page from our documentantion.
2. No, three chart libraries that are implemented in wpDataTables:
You can see all available chart types at these links above.
3. Unfortunately no. We do not have add-on for connection to MapSVG plugin but something like that can be implemented with some custom coding.
Dear friend...
About "3. Unfortunately no. We do not have add-on for connection to MapSVG plugin but something like that can be implemented with some custom coding."
How many hours do you think that cost the implementation of that coding??? and how much ???
Thnaks a lot
I found an external way to update MapSVG data base, but thanks any way
Another question....
How can I make a population pyramid to show some age ranges of women and men at the same time and women to the right and men to the left at the same height?
Hi Jorge,
We do not have this chart type included, but you can use one of the available chart types to compare these values. You can see all available chart types at these links:
Ok Thanks
Jorge. Can you elaborate on "I found an external way to update MapSVG data base, but thanks any way"
What method did you find for connecting to the secondary database?
