We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
I am having to re-implement a web site shown in the "related URL" on Wordpress, since the tools used original implementation have long ago quit being updated. While the page shown only list about 50 rows, the "subscribed" version shows about 4000.
I purchased wpDataTable hoping that I could do the job. I am having issues:
1. How do I handle a SELECT statement with with a "proximity" computation and lots of "WHERE this and that" result from form inputs like checkboxes, drop-downs etc?
2. How do I make the content of the grid handle buttons and URLs?
3. can I tighten up the display with CSS? way too much whitespace .
4. can the grid change via ajax as the search criteria changes.
HI David,
Thank you for your purchase.
1. 2. 4.Sorry but I did not quite understand what are you trying to achieve. Can you please explain me more and send me some example/screenshot so I can give you my suggestion.
3. You can use class .wpDataTableFilterSection that wrap every filter above the table.
Kind Regards,
Isidora Markovic
