Hello, we are using wpDataTables to show some data in the backoffice of a WP site: we have created a sample table, we have put the table shortcode in a wp page, we call the page from a function like this
echo '<div class="wrap">';
show_post('/pagewithtable');
//include the wp page with wpDataTables table shortcode
echo '</div>';
We get the table, but we miss a lot of the table functions and css: the editing is no more in a popup window, is just down the table, hard to see it...
Is it there any solution?
Thanks in advancePaolo P.
HI PaoloPiselli,
Thank you for your purchase.
Sorry for late response.
We are located in Serbia and our working time is from 10:00 to 17:00 CET. business days.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Also point me on the page where you are using our tables so we can investigate.
Best regards
Kind Regards,
Isidora Markovic

HI PaoloPiselli,
You can try with function do_shortcode instead of show_post function.
Also because you are working in back-end you can read more about this function in admin area on this link.
Kind Regards,
Isidora Markovic

Hi PaoloPiselli,
I provide to you link in previous post how to use this function in backed. We was implement similar solution for our short-code in back-end with function wdtWpDataTableShortcodeHandler which you can find in file /wp-content/plugins/wpdatatables/controllers/wdt_functions.php
Kind Regards,
