We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
How can I reorder rows?
HI Kathy,
Thank you for your purchase.
Sorry for disappointment, but something like this is not possible with built in features of plugin.
Kind Regards,
Isidora Markovic

Darn. I thought there would be a way around it. this is an absolute need for my client. How do I go about getting a refund?
Hi Kathy,
Actually there is some workaround that you can accomplish reordering rows(if this is what you looking for). That can be done only for editable tables. What you can do is to add one more column and insert numbers start from 1.(so you will have numbers for each row- for first row you will have 1, for second you will have 2...)
Then set that option Use as default sorting column on Sorting tab in column settings for that column. So if you want to replace places of first row with fifth one, you have to edit first row and change number to 5. Then you will have to rows with number 5 and then edit row with number 5 that you need on first place and change it to 1. A hope that I was detail and clear how you can achieve this.
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
Isidora Markovic
