We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi there
We are busy rebuilding our website from scratch and are still missing a vital component, we'd really like to feature: a comparison calculator.
"How much does our SaaS solution cost compared to a manual reservation by a staff member and a platform competitor?"
The restaurant owner enters the variables "average revenue per guest", "number of reservations per day" and (optional) "hourly staff wage". So, the result could look like this:
Manual reservation
Competitor
resmio
I'd love to show what resmio costs in comparison to staff and competitors over a period of one month, a quarter and a year. In addition to these mathematical results I'd like to show line graph. So, the vertical axis refers to costs and the horizontal axis to a time period.
Is your tool able to provide what we are looking for?
Thanks in advance!
Kevin
Hi Kevin,
Thank you for your inquire.
I'm not sure that I understood your request correctly. It isn't clear how you will get rest of the data in the table (Competitor...). Maybe it would be easier if you take a look at calculation option which we have integrated and then try to create working solution in our demo website
For calculation we have special column type - formula which allows you to perform calculation from other columns in table - Documentation. There are also calculation functions which could calculate a sum, average, minimum and maximum of all the values for a given column - Documentation
For testing purpose we have sandbox website where you can see and test all plugin functionalities
