    my version buy today on code canyon : codecanyon-3958969-wpdatatables-tables-and-charts-manager-for-wordpress.zip

    see screen shoot:

    - backend : some tab dont display there parameter content (sometime yes).

    - frontend: can not edit the popup editor. look like behind the modal background.

    - Also when you hide a field in the table, where can you manage this field to display her or not in front, but to keep a full view of your table in admin...?

    - can we hide the "new" : i dont want that my users create new line in the table, i just want they edit the current rows.

    Thk !

    Hi Arnaud,
    Thank you for your purchase.

    Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.

    - Also when you hide a field in the table, where can you manage this field to display her or not in front, but to keep a full view of your table in admin...?

    Unfortunately something like this is not possible with the plugin built in features at the moment.

    The new button can be hidden with some CSS.

    Note: If you have more then one question may I kindly ask you to open a new ticket so we can keep our "One ticket per issue" policy.

    Best regards.

    Kind Regards,

    Miloš Jovanović

    HI Arnaud,

    Can you please send me the link of that page so I can take a look.

    Also can you please try to add this code in the custom CSS field in wpdatatables settings page

    .wpdt-c .modal-backdrop{
    z-index: 0 !important;
    }

    About question of the theme I will forward this to our CEO so he can give you the proper answer.

    As for the ticketing system:

    We are using Ticksy as a third party helpdesk and unfortunately we can not affect the UI of it. We had a lot of trouble in the last year , the ticketing system was not working once a month, so at least it is working now

    And I definitely agree that the tickets should by by default private.

    Best regards.

    Hi Arnaud,

    Sorry but I did not quite understand what are you trying to achieve, can you please describe me more or send me some example of that button so I can take a look.

    About your questions about our company:

    - how many resources do you have in the agency ?

    Our team is currently about 30 developers, project managers, QA engineers, support managers, etc., and have a well-established process for onboarding new colleagues in collaboration with top local HR & recruitment agencies.

    - do you develop only around this plugin or different dev ?

    We do some customizations for our plugins, however large-scale projects we work with are usually not based on WordPress or our plugins at all.

    - have you base cost for daily ?

    Hourly/daily rate varies based on the project complexity, term, resources involved and their seniority level. Basically for larger projects instead of just charging a flat hourly rate we form a team dedicated to a project (not all people have to be full-time engaged), that would fit best for the current project phase, budget, timeline and challenges. When we find out more about specific projects that you have in mind we would be ready to prepare a quote.

    - different language skill ?

    At the moment we usually work with:

    • Backend: PHP - Symfony, Laravel, Silex, Slim (other MVC frameworks are no problem either). Planned for this year - adoption of other backend technologies (Node.js, Java Spring).
    • Frontend: Our current favorite is Vue.js. Also worked both with React and Angular (not mentioning Vanilla JS, jQuery).
    • Databases: MySQL and MySQL-based. Using some NoSQL DBs for ad-hoc tasks (e.g. MongoDB, etc.)
    • Caches: Varnish, Redis. Built-in PHP solutions such as OPCache, etc.
    • Message brokers: For current projects when there's need we usually use RabbitMQ. However can use other solutions if necessary (e.g. Kafka).
    • Methodologies: the development process is Agile SCRUM (3 certified Scrum Product Owners, about to get 2 more people certified, 2 certified Scrum Masters, 2 certified Agile leaders, 1 certified CSP). DDD (Domain-driven design), BDD (Behaviour-driven development) and other concepts are applied when projects allow.

    - can you work on small project as a bigger ?

    There is a certain threshold under which the onboarding cost for a project may become unjustified, however we try to stay flexible, so before giving an exact answer we would like to find out more about the project.

    - a website for the agency services ?

    Not sure if the question is about our website (we do have one - https://tms-outsource.com ) - or if we can develop a website for agency services (which is possible).

    - simple process for contract ?

    We do have contract templates, both for project-based (fixed hours), and for long-term collaboration. Usually for new clients it's comfortable when we start with smaller pilot projects (fixed hours), and later evolve to some retainer model, when we allocate certain resources to the client.

    If this sounds reasonable and you would like to continue the conversation please reach out to our CEO, Alexander - [email protected] - we discussed that with him and he's aware you may contact him.

    Thanks!
