Is it normal that when we modify parameters in "configure" and that we make a second "apply" an empty panel with the timestamp is displayed and nothing happens. We have to go back to the screen
When we modify a parameter and make an "apply", we must absolutely leave Wpdatables for it to work. After leaving Wpatatables, we come back to it and we can then make a moficiation with an "Apply". We can only do one change at a time.
Please note that we have a National holiday in our country from Monday 30th to Wednesday 2nd and because of that, there was a delay in reply to your tickets. Thank you for understanding.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Yes it will be included in next update, you don't have to worry about that.

About the second question:
When you have questions or issues which are not related to the title of the active ticket can you please open a new one and we will help you there. In that way, issues and questions which are related to different subjects will be in different tickets so other customers can find it easily. Our policy is to have one issue or question per ticket because of the reasons that is describe already.
