We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hi Guys,

Thanks for such a great plugin. I was working with one of my client recommended you plugin for their requirement. I have used and it works very well. But we was looking for the dynamic data import feature with this plugin.
Somehow it seems, it is possible with the google sheet or something else.
But i am looking for a very good solution. So my clients sites will work faster and many more things can be used from the database directly. Can we import data from direct link via JSON or with some other format.

    HI Vaneet,
    Thank you for your purchase.

    Sorry for late response,

Please note that we have a National holiday in our country from Monday 30th to Wednesday 2nd and because of that, there was a delay in reply to your tickets. Thank you for understanding.

Tables can be created from virtually any data source, including MySQL query, Google Spreadsheet, PHP array, Excel file, CSV file, JSON and XML input sources. You can also generate MySQL queries to WordPress database, or to any MySQL database without any knowledge of SQL at all.

My suggestion is to read more about that in our documentation.

    Kind Regards,

    Isidora Markovic
