We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    I need to reduce the size (in particular, the height) of select box filters for some of my datatables.

    It looks like the css class for this is wpDataTableFilterSection.

    Can you please show me some css that would

    - reduce padding around the sections

    - reduce the row height of the selectbox in a section

    - reduce  the font size of the text for the field values that populate the select box.

    or anything that would help reduce the amount of vertical space that is being consumed by the selectbox filters?

    Thanks for your help.

    HI jjanicik,
    Thank you for your purchase.

    Sorry for late response,

    Please note that we have a National holiday in our country from Monday 30th to Wednesday 2nd and because of that, there was a delay in reply to your tickets. Thank you for understanding.

    Just add this code in Custom wpDataTables CSS under the "Custom JS AND CSS" in main settings of wpdatatables.

    .wpDataTables .wpDataTableFilterSection{
    padding:0px !important;
    min-height:0 !important;
    }
    .wpDataTables .wpDataTableFilterSection ul.dropdown-menu li a span{
    font-size:20px !important;
    }

    This will be affected on all tables, but if you want just for specific one then insert this code on page where is that table between the style tag.(<style>Code here</style>)

    <style>
    .wpDataTables .wpDataTableFilterSection{
    padding:0px !important;
    min-height:0 !important;
    }
    .wpDataTables .wpDataTableFilterSection ul.dropdown-menu li a span{
    font-size:20px !important;
    }
    </style>

    Kind Regards,

    Isidora Markovic
