Hi. I recently purchased the wpdatatables plugin & activated it on install A. It works fine.
I did a deploy where I copied install A to install B and suddenly my article throws the following error:
Error: Your requested sheet index: -1 is out of bounds. The actual number of sheets is 0.
I thought perhaps it was a licensing issue, since the installs are identical otherwise. But after I bought another purchase code and plugged it in the error persists.
Can you let me know why I am seeing this error? Screenshot attached.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Unfortunately Skype, TeamView and etc. calls are not covered in the included support of the plugin.
In case like this credentials are necessary to see what may cause an issue.
Can you please send me the screenshot of the table in the backend and also the screenshot of the Edit page when you have our table so I can take a look and maybe I can see what is causing this problem.
