Thank you for your inquire.
As I know many of our customers successfully created tables with data from ACF but for editing values it really depends on how complex your query would be. At this moment data from one MySQL table could be edited. If you could write a query which will show the data from one table and that data you want to edit it will work, but if you want to show data from multiple tables it is not possible to edit that data
