WPDataTables is displaying my JSON data in a table perfectly.
It was showing charts, and then it stopped. I do not know why. I have tried several things, but it will not display the charts on the wordpress site. It is displaying the chart when I am building it with add chart feature.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Also point me to the chart and tables ID so I can take a look.
The charts are displaying on the page you made. What do you mean the column header for the second column? I thought you might be referring to my renaming it and using a space in the name, but the second and third charts on the page you created are also working, and they have spaces in their column names.
The chart disappears if I change "Vertical axis min value" to a negative value.
If I remove the 0 value, it will preview just fine with negative values, displaying the negative numbers above the date labels on the x axes. However, it will revert to displaying only the positive numbers above the x axes once placed on a wordpress page.
I just updated to version 2.2.1 and it has broken all of my charts by setting all of the ' Vertical axis min value ' to 0, causing all negative values to dive way out of view beneath the chart.
I don't want there to be a minimum value here at all, but when I try to leave it blank (just like I am able to leave 'Vertical axis max value' blank, it will preview correctly, but it will not change the display on the site. I can manually set a negative value, but I can't go back and set a specific value here for all of my charts.
Hi Bogdan, so I need to buy support because the updated version broke my charts? Is there a way to revert to the previous version of the plugin so I can avoid this entire issue?

Hi Ethan,
It looks like the issue is with the chart ID 11.
Can you please try to recreate that chart and tell me is the issue gone.
Best regards.

Bogdan,
Thank you for your work on this. Unfortunately, that did not fix it. I recreated chartID 11. Using chart.js, and the same data source.
Hi Ethan
Can you please check this page that I created on your site. Also i recreated a chart.
Maybe the issue is in the column header for second column.
Let me know the result.
Best regards.

Hi Ethan,
Thank you for telling me that the issue is when you change "Vertical axis min value"
This is a small bug with this version of plugin and it will be fixed for the next update.
I patched the plugin on your site and now you should not have any issue.
Please give it a try when you enter negative numbers.
Let me know the result.
Best regards.

Hi Bogdan,
Iine 2256 is already exactly as you wanted me to change it to.
$this->_chartjs_render_data['options']['options']['scales']['yAxes'][0]['ticks']['min'] = intval($this->getVerticalAxisMin());
Same for line 2262. It is already the same as what you said to replace it with:
$this->_chartjs_render_data['options']['options']['scales']['yAxes'][0]['ticks']['max'] = intval($this->getVerticalAxisMax());
I attached the file if that is any help.
Thanks!
