I have tried importing small excel tables and csv files using Import and Link options. After I create the tables the column and row headers are there but the fields do not have any data in them (display 0 value). What am I doing wrong?
Thanks for clarifying about the time the support center is open. Milan Jovanovic also replied to one of my tickets so please let him know that I've responded to you. I took your advice and looked at the number format and changed it to 15,000.00 . That made it possible to import the excel file as a link to an existing data source. I have not tried importing from a data source option yet but your suggestion has me moving forward for now thanks!
I have been having trouble making a line chart that follows the filtering for this table. Using your png for reference I need the 1st column to be the y axis the period ranges (2014, 2015, 2016, 2017) to be the x axis and the 2nd column to be plotted (2 values). Is that not possible since you can only have 1 string?

HI Robert Hom,
Thank you for your purchase.
Can you please send me that file from which you are trying to create a table so I can take a look.
Best regards.

HI Robert,
All of the chart engines supports just one string column and unfortunately there is no option to have 2 strings columns or more in the chart.
Best regards.
