We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hi,

Is it possible to get a demo with Front-end editing capability for the WPDATATABLES plugin? We wanted to test it out first if we can use this plugin for our requirements.

Basically, we want our logged in users in our Intranet site to have their own tables which they can edit to put their reading progress in our Intranet. We want them to put in the table what articles they have read in out intranet site and our administrator should be able to see or sort all the users tables to see everyone's progress.

I hope this is doable by using your plugin.

    Thanks!

    Hi Allan,
    Thank you for the inquiry.

You can try our sandbox site: Front-end & Back-end - you can find a fully functional version there to try out all plugin features. There you can test front-end editing feature. Also please take a look at this page from our documentation and all other pages from Front-end table editing section.

Thanks Milos. I'm trying the SandBox now.

I'm having issues on the formatting for the table when tried to print. It doesn't show the borders of the rows and columns. What I get is just a plain unformatted document and not exactly as what I see in the front-end. Am I missing something?

    Hi Allan,

"What I get is just a plain unformatted document and not exactly as what I see in the front-end"

    - Yes, we are using datatables as main table library and print feature comes together with it. Unfortunately we do not have much control for printing tables.
